South Gyle Business Park, Edinburgh

As the first business park in Scotland to have its own railway link, South Gyle Park is well served by public transport and is easily accessible from central Edinburgh.

The practice carried out external works design for three phases of the park's development. Proposals create a high quality mature landscape framework and provide a co-ordinated palette of hard landscape materials for access roads, parking areas and pedestrian routes.

A fourth phase is planned which will incorporate three major office developments set around a central public space of terraced lawns and waterfeatures.
