David Black, Finance Director

Supported by a team of accountants and payroll administrators, David monitors Gillespies' financial performance with a view to improving overall profitability.

David works closely with the partners and associates to analyse more effective working methods. By monitoring projects from initial concept design to implementation, he is able to recommend and help deliver continual business improvements.

Another critical part of David's role is to ensure Gillespies is compliant with legal requirements for our industry, which he does in conjunction with the Chairman, Peter Evans, and the managing partner, Paul Taylor.
