Warren Chapman, Associate

The majority of Warren's experience has been in and around Manchester, where he has worked on the detailed design of Exchange Square in collaboration with Martha Schwartz, remodelling of large housing estates, town centre public realm schemes and Moss Side Millennium Green - a new urban park for Moss Side.

Warren takes a practical yet innovative approach to design, with particular skills in the detail design and delivery of complex schemes. He has acted as Project Leader on many complex regeneration projects, in particular for Manchester City Council, and also worked as an integral member of large multi-disciplinary design teams.  His portfolio includes high quality commercial projects, waterfront regeneration schemes, masterplanning and infrastructure design for new business parks, urban parks and other publicly accessible green space.
