NEO Bankside shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize

NEO Bankside has been shortlisted for the 2015 RIBA Stirling Prize, the UK's most prestigious architecture award that recognises buildings that have made the greatest contribution to the evolution of British architecture in the past year.

NEO Bankside is a new luxury residential development located on a prominent site adjacent to the Tate Modern in London. Four pavilions - containing 217 apartments - are set within a richly landscaped environment, blending private garden spaces with tree-lined linear groves, which form the boundary to a new public realm linking Bankside to Tate Modern during the day.

The winner will be announced at a ceremony on 15 October.
