This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified (2-3 years) environmental professional to complement and enhance our expertise in the fields of landscape and environmental planning. The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, being able to work independently with minimal supervision, and a willingness to develop positive client relationships. As you develop into the role, you will be given the opportunity to increasingly lead projects and to provide support to team members.
Particular skills Gillespies is looking for include:
 Degree in relevant environmental discipline required (further degree in EIA or related subject an advantage)
Good interpersonal, team working and communication skills
Experience of preparing environmental statements and impact assessment
MS word/AutoCAD essential
Working knowledge of GIS Mapping programmes (MapInfo and ArcMap)
Good analytical report writing and presentation skills
Working towards Chartered Environmental status
