Neil is a highly experienced landscape architect who has worked on several high-profile projects in the UK and abroad. He is passionate about using regenerative landscape design to transform urban environments. His speciality lies in crafting innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance a place's aesthetic appeal and contribute to its ecological resilience and vitality.

Since joining Gillespies in 2007, Neil has gained a wealth of experience working on urban regeneration and residential projects of varying scales in the UK, Russia, North America and China. Notably, Neil spearheaded the high-profile revitalisation of Bracknell Town Centre into a major visitor destination, working with a multi-disciplinary team and a wide range of stakeholders to deliver this complex, transformative scheme. He has also delivered several high-profile urban realms for Crossrail, including Paddington Crossrail Station, Woolwich Crossrail Station and St Giles Circus at Tottenham Court Road Station in London.

Most recently, Neil has been responsible for leading the design and delivery of multiple phases of Elephant Park, the landmark regeneration of Elephant and Castle into one of London’s greenest and most sustainable districts. This major project involves creating a brand new community park, a site-wide landscape masterplan and tree retention and planting strategy, and new streetscapes, open spaces, playable spaces, and courtyards for the residential components. He is also leading several PRS and build-to-rent schemes across London.
