Metrolink, Manchester

The Metrolink system in Manchester was the UK's first modern tram system and has proved to be a great success, both with the public and commercially. 

During development of the system Gillespies provided specialist advice and graphic support for several phases including appraisals and comparisons of potential routes, and visualisation of these proposals via photomontage and models to give a clear picture for public consultation.
